You have experience and your own point of view. We have no intention of trying to persuade you; instead, we want to provide you with yarn that you can choose with full awareness.
Before any product reaches our shop, we create a sample. We test how the yarn handles, how the stitches sit in various patterns, and how the finished piece behaves after washing. We do this not because we are required to document it, but because we want to know for ourselves before we offer it to you.

How can we assure you of the quality of our yarn?
Each product starts long before a finished skein — hours of looking for mills, factory visits and long conversations. We work with companies that are transparent about materials, have a documented place in the market, and are not afraid of the challenges Marcelina brings to every step of the collaboration.
Where can I find information about production and fibre origin?
Our yarns are made in Italy. Fibre origin is in the yarn description.
What certificates do Forest Yarn yarns have?
Every yarn we sell has an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate.
Do you work with designers?
Yes. We welcome knit and crochet pattern designers. We offer yarn support for projects and discount codes for testers, among other forms of collaboration.

Orders are packed on weekdays between 15:00 and 17:00. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days, counted from the day after payment is received. Parcels are sent within Poland via InPost.
