The seller
The shop Forest Yarn at forestyarn.com is run by FOREST YARN Marcelina Bełzo, Ostrów 409, 39-103 Ostrów, Poland.
Orders
Placing an order through the checkout is an offer to buy the products in the cart at the displayed price and currency. A contract is formed when the shop confirms the order. Product colours on screen may differ from the yarn in hand; samples are available.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT. Polish zloty is the shop’s base currency; euro is offered as a second currency. Autopay currently charges in zloty until a euro payment point is configured. Cash on delivery is available only in zloty.
Shipping
We ship with InPost inside Poland. Packing usually happens on weekdays between 15:00 and 17:00. Delivery is typically within 3 working days after payment. Shipping rates are listed on the Shipping and returns page, in zloty, for domestic service.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Contact the shop first. Do not send returns as cash on delivery. Digital patterns may be excluded from withdrawal once download has started, as described in the Polish terms.
